When you book with PCAR RENTAL, you always get:

• Unlimited mileage – drive as much as you want, no limits.
• Damage & Theft Protection (Loss Damage Waiver + Theft Protection).
• Third Party Liability Insurance – your protection on the road.
• Free delivery & collection within city limits (airport service available).
• Basic roadside assistance – help when you need it.

👤 Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 20–70 years for all rentals.
• Minimum license experience: 12 months.
• A valid driver’s license, passport or national ID, and a major credit card for deposit are required at pick-up.

💳 Payment & Deposits

• 50% deposit due at booking.
• Balance paid at vehicle collection.
• Accepted payment: credit card, debit card, or method specified during booking.
• A credit card in the renter’s name is required for the security deposit (even if rental is paid by debit card).

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 48+ hours before pick-up → 100% refund (minus any processing fees).
• Cancel less than 48 hours before pick-up → 80% refund of the prepaid amount.

⛽ Fuel Policy

• Cars are delivered with a full tank.
• Must be returned with a full tank.
• If not, refueling costs plus a €20 fee will be charged.

🚦 Vehicle Use

• No racing, towing, off-road driving, or illegal use.
• 🚭 No smoking inside vehicles – cleaning fee applies.
• Renters are responsible for fines, tolls, and parking violations.

⏰ Pick-Up & Drop-Off

• Free delivery/collection within city.
• Airport service available (€10 pick-up or drop-off).
• Late returns without notice → additional charges (minimum 1 full day).

🆘 Breakdown Assistance

• All rentals include basic roadside assistance.
• In case of accident or breakdown, call the emergency number provided.

➕ Additional Drivers

• Must meet the same requirements as the main driver.
• Must be registered and approved at pick-up.

📋 Vehicle Condition & Extensions

• Vehicle inspected at pick-up and return.
• Renter responsible for any new/unrecorded damage.
• Extensions must be arranged in advance and depend on availability.
• Unauthorized late returns may result in penalty fees.

🔒 Privacy & Data Use

Your personal data is handled securely and only used for booking, rental processing, and customer support — in full compliance with applicable data protection laws.
